Moderator: Katja Pantzar,
Katja is a Helsinki-based writer, editor and broadcast journalist. Raised in Canada with stints in New Zealand and the UK, she's the author of the The Finnish Way: Finding Courage, Wellness, and Happiness Through the Power of Sisu (Penguin Random House US) which was published in 22 countries around the world in 2018-2019. Her second book about resilience, Daily Sisu: How to Tap into Finnish Fortitude for a more Resilient Life, will be published in 2022 by Penguin Random House in New York. Katja swims in the Baltic Sea almost every day, year round.
